About our Practice:
We are a full-service podiatric foot and ankle practice. Offering services to both adults and pediatric patients. Our practice was started in 2018 but our doctors have been practicing for over 20 years. In our practice, we offer both conservative and surgical treatment options. These treatments include sports medical treatment, diabetic foot care, wound care, routine foot care, and of course as a last resort surgical intervention. These surgical interventions range from minimally invasive to complex reconstructions including joint replacement surgery. These services are offered in our state-of-the-art professional environment including our office, one of the local hospitals, surgery centers, home, or other health care facilities. We have cared for numerous patients throughout our careers as Podiatrists in academic, governmental, and private settings. To our practice, nothing matters more than your health, active lifestyle, and comfort, which is why we have put so much time and effort into advancing our medical practices and techniques to the highest standards of care that our medical professionals follow. Dr. Lepore is currently the Founder/Owner/CEO of Foot & Ankle Center of Florida LLC a full-service podiatric surgical practice. He was the former Health Officer for the Department of Health in Charlotte County, appointed by Governor Rick Scott and Dr. Celeste Philips Surgeon General to the State of Florida.
Back in practice, he offers the residents of Charlotte county a full range of Podiatric Services to infants all the way to adulthood. As a foot and ankle specialist by trade he has dedicated his life to providing his patients with the latest podiatric care, customized to their specific condition(s). He specializes in all conservative and surgical management of the foot & ankle for both pediatric and adult patients. His specific interests include trauma, minimally invasive surgical techniques for foot deformity correction, limb salvage preservation, wound care and sports medicine.
He received his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, followed by a primary podiatric medical residency and a podiatric surgical residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, an academic affiliate of Weill Cornell Medical College. This was followed by a prestigious AO/ASIF Orthopedic fellowship in foot and ankle trauma and rear foot reconstruction, from Dresden Germany where he was assigned.
